Refund and Return Policy

Once a product is delivered, all refund and return requests will be governed under this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, you are advised to discontinue using our platform.

• Return period: 17 days from purchase date. No claims entertained beyond this period.
• 100% refund available within 24 hours of payment before product dispatch.
• After dispatch, refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges if claimed within 15 days.
• Claims made after 15 days may be subject to GST deduction.
• Do not accept damaged/tampered shipments.
• Refunds will be credited to the bank account provided in company records.
• Business incentives, including TDS, will be deducted from refunds if applicable.
• Claims for damaged, wrong, or defective products must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Returns are not accepted if the product is used, washed, or missing packaging, tags, or accessories.

• Refunds are initiated for sealed, unopened products only.
• If a product fails the quality check, it will not be refunded.
• Company is not responsible for returning non-company products sent by mistake.

Our logistics partner will arrange for pickup. Only three pickup attempts will be made.

• Products are typically delivered within 7-8 business days.
• Non-receipt must be reported within 15 days from the purchase date.
• Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered as delivered.
